I don't really know what's going on around here anymore. Then again, the pirates never exactly kept me well informed in the first place. But now, I'm even more confused. When I come to, I realize I'm tied to a chair. I find this rather confusing for a moment - for one, I never fall asleep, so my waking up doesn't make much sense in the first place. I love my new job as navigator. It's everything I thought it would be. A bigger room, filled with maps, no Noel to bother me on a daily basis. Captain Varg's ship is a dump. Of course, this has to do mostly with the fact that there is a full-grown, fully-functioning Velociraptor caged in the cafeteria. Riley has learned a new tactic for how to win at tag. She thinks it is rather ingenious, actually. Sure, there is no "official" way to win tag, but everybody knows that not getting caught ever is the true way to win. And, well, Riley isn't so fast herself, so it does make it rather hard for her to keep from being caught unless she has a perfect tactic like the one she recently developed. Haha. Well, lookie here. I'm filling in some information about me. Isn't that amusing?

No? Well, what do you know?

Anyways, I'm Stripe. I've actually been on dA in the upwards of five years, but I've never really liked posting writing here because I always thought it looked weird next to pictures. So I decided to make a separate writing account. And this is it! I still have my good old art account, of course (look up Teh-Stripe) but this will probably be more active because I'm a writer at heart rather than an artist.

Most of the things up here will be short stories, because I'm keeping my novels to myself in the ridiculous notion that I might one day finish them and get them published. But there will be a few longer things that I don't think are publishable for one reason or another, so keep an eye out for those as well. |D

This is also the account where I give out my llamas from, because I'm too lazy to do it on my main. :'D So if you get a llama, it's likely because I've hit you by random deviant or by looking through recent deviations, and I like what I saw. I don't give my llamas to just anybody, so don't worry - they're compliments. ;D

And I'll stop rambling now. Because I sincerely doubt that anybody is going to read this anyways.

Woah Another Journal!

Hey! So it's been... not really THAT long since I've put something up here, but since I've gone from 5 deviations a day to 0, it seems like a bigger change. Anyways. I hit college, got busy, but now I'm less busy. But I still don't feel like remaining dedicated to posting up five things a day, so I'll narrow it down to one or two, and thus keep from flooding your messages as well. So I decided that I didn't like my last journal explaining the purpose of this account. So I'm making another one, to be even more informative. Because I know all of you care so much. Anyways, as I've mentioned before, this is a writing-only account. This does encompass all writing, including short stories, novels, drabbles, poetry, and whatever else I might come up with. I'm well aware that my writing varies quite a bit in quality, especially because I'm still uploading some things here that I wrote over a year ago. So you're most likely here because you watch me on my main account and followed the journal. Congrats! This account here is going to be exclusively for any writing I do that I feel like sharing.
